Just purchased a 2026 Jeep wrangler from Reed jeep, Finn Walsh was my salesperson. This is my second jeep from Reed jeep, and Finn was my salesman both times. He does an outstanding job and my experience was very smooth on both occasions. I will be back to purchase another vehicle from Finn in the future.
I had a coworker recommend Reed Jeep based on his recent purchase. I took some time searching for trucks throughout the KC area and found their inventory selection and pricing to be extremely competitive. I set up an appointment with Joe Trahan that fit my schedule and never felt rushed to purchase the trucks I test drove. He and Kyle Marshall at Reed were extremely helpful during the entire buying process. I'm very happy with the purchase and the overall experience with the Reed team.Â
We bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2023 and were very satisfied with that process. Our salesman, Tristin, was helpful, knowledgeable, always available and was very warm and friendly. There was a small issue of finding out right before we signed the final paperwork that the car's window tinting was illegal in Kansas and that cost us $500 to remove but that was really on us; we should have asked about it sooner. However, their service department is sadly lacking. We brought the car in for service this week to fix the idle stop/start function and were treated as if we were being ridiculous to expect this feature to work. We understood that the system is often not 'ready' due to things like engine not being up to temperature, steep incline, A/C on high and others. Our issue was that this feature didn't work for weeks at a time and then would randomly work perfectly for several days, then go back to not working at all for another couple of weeks. The service associate told us this was an issue for all 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee's and went as far as to say she wished hers didn't even have this feature. She told us there was not reason to have it looked at, as there was nothing they could do to fix it. When my husband insisted that it be looked at (we already had the appointment), she was clearly annoyed and responded with "it will take two hours and we don't have a loaner available". My husband waited two hours to be told there was nothing they could do to fix it. We took it to another dealer in town. They replaced a sensor and fixed a software glitch and it works perfectly now. Reed Jeep has lost our business.
I have nothing but positive words to share in my experience with Adam Hart and Montrell Cozart at Reed Jeep. Adam was very respectful with my time and answering all my questions, which was a lot. It took a couple weeks for me to make a decision and never once was he pushy or in a hurry for a final decision. Both Adam and Montrell were very professional all around and exactly what you hope for when making an important decision like that. Each were willing to listen to issues I had and offered alternative solutions to reach our goal. Couldn’t have been happier with the whole process and ended in a vehicle I wanted thanks to their support. Have and will continue to recommend Adam Hart and Reed Jeep as a whole.
Worst experience I’ve had at a major car dealer. The salesman informed me that their CPO’s came with an additional 100K mile powertrain warranty. I chose a truck they were selling even though it was a few hundred more than another truck I preferred at a competitor. After the sale, I couldn’t find any paperwork with the warranty. I contacted the salesperson, who assured me I was covered. When we found out he was wrong, he apologized but then denied ever telling me anything regarding the warranty when I spoke to the dealership. I’ve switch to Olathe Dodge for the rest of my purchases and have had excellent experiences every time.

I called Reed CDJR a week ago to discuss a vehicle that I found online and was interested in learning more about. I spoke with Clayton Mark. I found him to be very courteous and interested in my business. Maybe most important, I found him very knowledgeable about the vehicle, its features and its capabilities. He was honest, up front and forthright with all information about the used vehicle, and showed me others that might also meet my needs that was on the lot. He was never pushy, stayed in his lane, and got others involved when there were questions outside of his field of expertise. He was very prompt with following up with me and even reached out when there was a price drop. This was a deal that probably would not have happened but for his desire to help. As for the dealership itself, I have to give it five stars as well. Of course, it was clean and well maintained. Everyone was polite, kind and helpful. Maybe more importantly, all the paperwork was ready by the time I arrived to sign as I came from out of town. Overall, a pleasant experience...I would have to say a top three experience and I have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years.
