I would give Randy Reed Dodge ten stars if I could. Francisco and Ivan are great and honest people to work with. I was interested in a Dodge Hornet. Francisco drove to my home with the Hornet. I got to test drive it, we negotiated a price that I was looking for. The negotiating process took 30 minutes at 5:15 PM on Monday and only an hour to fill out the paperwork Tuesday the next morning. The whole process took a total of an hour and a half. That's the way to do good business. I wish them good fortune in all their endeavors. Update: We had some questions about the new features on the Dodge Hornet. Instead Francisco said he would come out to our house and show us some of the key features. Yes he made another trip for us. I was telling some of my friends about our experience with Reed Dodge and thay couldn't believe it. They took the time to come out to our house and show us some of the special features. That is above and beyond the Call of Duty. Before you buy a new vehicle, it would be very wise of you to stop by Reeds Dealership and experience, honest, efficient and fair service.

Ask for Yens in sales! I did about three weeks of shopping around the Kansas city and surrounding area and was surprised how many sales representatives at other dealers wouldn't get me the answers I needed to help me decide and ultimately make my purchase for a new RAM truck, specially with my out the door price. It was such a relief to work with Yens at Reed because she answered all my questions promptly with the details I needed. Her communications were clear and to the point. If she didn't have the answer she would dig and get me a response immediately. She didn't pressure me into buying at all, and wasn't over friendly or fake. I basically made my decision over their website, chat messages and a custom video she made. Then I walked into their dealership where they had my truck all ready. The sales manager was reasonable with my trade-in and friendly as well. At the dealership I discovered an issue on the new RAM with a turn signal and Frank from the service department fixed it promptly after ordering the part. They also assisted me getting a bed liner, mud matts and step rails. The finance department wasn't too pushy with extended warranty and we were able to wrap up the paperwork quickly. Overall this was a great experience and I've made Reed my new go-to dealer (as long as Yens is working there).
